Who we are

FakeTweetGenerator.app (“the Service”) is operated by Coheron Lab (“we”, “us”). Contact: contact@coheronlab.com. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

What the Service does

The Service lets you design mockup images that look like social media posts. Designing and previewing are free. Downloading or copying the full-resolution image requires a paid unlock.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for what you create and how you share it. You must not use the Service to:

• impersonate a real person, company or organisation, or pass a mockup off as a genuine post;
• defame, harass or threaten anyone;
• spread misinformation, commit fraud, or manipulate elections, markets or legal proceedings;
• create anything illegal where you or the subject live.

Label parody and satire clearly. We may refuse service to anyone who breaks these rules.

Your content

You own the text and images you put into your designs and the images you export. Designs are created and stored in your own browser; we do not receive them. You confirm you have the rights to any photos, names or logos you upload.

Trademarks

X and Twitter are trademarks of X Corp. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to X Corp. Interface likenesses are provided for parody, commentary, education and design mockups.

Payments

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which may also handle taxes and receipts. Prices are shown in USD and include applicable tax.

• This image ($1.99): one HD download or copy of your current design.
• Day Pass ($4.99): unlimited downloads for 24 hours from purchase.
• Pro ($9.99/month): unlimited downloads while your subscription is active. It renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the Service running but provide it “as is”, without warranties. We may change features or prices; changes to prices never affect a period you have already paid for.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for how anyone uses images made with the Service.
