Refund Policy

Our promise

If something goes wrong with a purchase, we'll make it right. Email contact@coheronlab.com with your receipt and we'll reply within one business day.

Single image and Day Pass

If your download failed, the image didn't match the preview, or you were charged twice, you get a full refund. Ask within 14 days of purchase.

Pro (monthly)

Cancel anytime from the link in your receipt email or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep Pro until the end of the month you paid for. If you forgot to cancel and haven't downloaded anything since the renewal, ask within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund that month.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show them.
